Cycle Decoded
Terms & Privacy
Holistic Wellness Roots LLC · Last updated: September 29, 2026
When you check "I agree to the Terms of Service" at checkout, you agree to the Terms for the product you're buying, listed below. Each portal is a lifestyle coaching and education program. It is not medical care and does not replace your doctor or fertility clinic.
Cycle Decoded Her Portal ($149)
Cycle Decoded His Portal ($149)
Cycle Decoded Couples Bundle ($249)
The Couples Bundle includes one year of access to Her Portal and one year of access to His Portal, paid once. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The Terms and Privacy Policy of each portal (above) apply to that portal's account, with these additions:
- Two people, two private accounts. One portal is for you and the other is for the partner whose email you enter at checkout. Each account is separate and encrypted, and neither partner can see the other's entries.
- Your partner's email. You confirm that your partner is 18 or older and has agreed to receive one email from us with a link to their portal. We use their email address only to give them access and send sign-in emails.
- Refunds. Email hello@cycledecoded.com from the email you paid with, within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund of the bundle. No reason is needed. After a refund, access to both portals ends.
Other Cycle Decoded programs
Other Cycle Decoded programs and services, such as coaching programs and the Sperm DNA Window program, are covered by the agreement you receive for that program. If you have questions about which terms apply to your purchase, email hello@cycledecoded.com before you pay.
