This Privacy Policy describes what personal information Cycle Decoded (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects when you visit cycledecoded.com or engage with our services, how we use it, and what choices you have. We treat the information you share with the care our work requires — fertility prep is intimate, and we don’t take that lightly.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Email address — when you sign up for the free guide What to Avoid Before IVF, and What You Can Keep, start a free demo of the Pocket Coach, or join any other email list, we collect the email you provide.
- Booking and intake information — when you book a call, a consultation or the Cycle-Ready program, you may provide your name, your partner’s name (if applicable), email, scheduling details, and any context you choose to share about your fertility timeline or history. This information is collected through Calendly and held in our coaching records.
- Coaching engagement information — if you become a coaching client, we collect health, lifestyle, and biological information necessary to deliver the coaching engagement, as detailed in your coaching agreement.
- Communications — emails, messages, or other communications you send to us.
- The Pocket Coach (for her and for him) — when you start a free 7-day demo, we collect your email address. When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details; we receive your name, email and confirmation that you paid. For Pocket Coach for both of you, we also receive the partner email you enter at checkout. Everything you log inside the Pocket Coach is encrypted so that we cannot read it, and is covered by each Pocket Coach’s own privacy policy (Pocket Coach for her, Pocket Coach for him). The terms for the Pocket Coach, including the 14-day refund, are at Pocket Coach Terms & Privacy.
- The Ask box: questions typed in the Pocket Coach’s Ask box are matched on your own device and are never sent to us. Emailing Dr. Lejla a question is optional.
Information collected automatically
- Site analytics — we use Plausible Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not store personal data such as your IP address. It shows us totals, such as which pages are read most, not who read them. Google Search Console shows us how the site appears in Google search; it adds no code to the site.
- No advertising tracking — we do not use the Meta Pixel or any other advertising tracker on cycledecoded.com, the Pocket Coach, checkout or confirmation pages, and we do not show ads to people based on their visits. We measure our ads only by counting sign-ups and purchases ourselves.
- Cookies — see our Cookie Notice for details.
How we use information
- To deliver the resources and services you request (the free guide, the Pocket Coach, coaching).
- To respond to your communications.
- To send you email updates if you’ve subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve the site and content based on aggregated analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not share your fertility-related information with anyone outside the coaching engagement, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
- We do not use any tracking, analytics or advertising tools inside the Pocket Coach.
- We do not send Google or Meta your email address, your purchase details, or anything you write in the Pocket Coach.
