These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cycledecoded.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by Cycle Decoded (“we,” “our,” “us”), including the free Pre-IVF Couple Audit and any paid coaching engagement. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Nature of services
The services offered through this Site — including the free Pre-IVF Couple Audit, The Pre-IVF Permission Slip guide, any coaching engagement, and any digital products — are educational and lifestyle-focused. They are not medical care. See our Medical Disclaimer for details. Engagement with these services does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
3. The Pre-IVF Couple Audit
The 30-minute Pre-IVF Couple Audit is offered free of charge. It is an exploratory conversation about your current pre-IVF inputs and where lifestyle adjustments may help. It is not a clinical consultation, does not include lab review, and does not constitute medical advice. There is no obligation to purchase any further services after the audit.
4. Coaching engagements
If you choose to engage in paid coaching after the audit, the specific terms of that engagement — fees, duration, deliverables, cancellation policy, refund policy, and confidentiality — will be detailed in a separate coaching agreement that you sign before the engagement begins. Those agreement terms control over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
5. Payment and refunds
For free services, no payment is required. For paid services:
- Fees are stated at the time of purchase and are due as agreed in the coaching agreement.
- Refund policies are specific to each engagement and stated in the coaching agreement.
- Any disputes regarding fees should be raised in writing within 30 days of the relevant invoice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including The Pre-IVF Permission Slip, written content, frameworks, the “fertility hierarchy” structure, coaching materials, and any client resources — is the intellectual property of Cycle Decoded and Dr. Leila. You may use this content for your personal benefit. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish content for commercial use.
- Resell or redistribute paid coaching materials.
- Use the framework or content to train AI models.
- Use Dr. Leila’s name, likeness, or branding without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Information you share during the audit and coaching engagements is held in confidence and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Specific confidentiality terms are detailed in the coaching agreement. Conversely, you agree not to publicly share or distribute confidential coaching materials, frameworks, or methods without written permission.
8. Testimonials and case sharing
Client testimonials shared on this Site are used only with explicit written permission from the clients involved. If you become a client and we wish to share any aspect of your experience publicly, we will seek your written permission separately. You may decline.
9. Conduct
You agree to use the Site and services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten Dr. Leila, staff, or other clients.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation.
- Use the services in ways that violate applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate engagements where these standards are violated.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cycle Decoded, Dr. Leila, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to fertility outcomes, IVF cycle outcomes, or pregnancy outcomes. Your use of the Site and services is undertaken at your own risk and discretion.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our maximum liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free services, the maximum liability is zero.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cycle Decoded, Dr. Leila, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by direct email to clients. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cycle Decoded operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation, except where prohibited by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
