These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cycledecoded.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by Cycle Decoded (“we,” “our,” “us”), including the Pre-IVF Consultation & Personal Plan, the Cycle-Ready 8-week program, and any paid coaching engagement. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Nature of services
The services offered through this Site — including the Pre-IVF Consultation & Personal Plan, the Cycle-Ready 8-week program, the free guide What to Avoid Before IVF, and What You Can Keep, any coaching engagement, and any digital products — are educational and lifestyle-focused. They are not medical care. See our Medical Disclaimer for details. Engagement with these services does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
3. Consultation and Cycle-Ready program
The Pre-IVF Consultation & Personal Plan ($197) is a single paid coaching session followed by a written lifestyle plan. Cycle-Ready ($997) is an 8-week paid coaching engagement with four calls and message support Monday to Friday. Both are educational conversations about your current pre-IVF daily habits and where lifestyle adjustments may help. Neither is a clinical consultation, and neither includes medication, protocol or lab review or constitutes medical advice. There is no obligation to purchase any further services.
4. Coaching engagements
If you choose to engage in paid coaching, the specific terms of that engagement — fees, duration, deliverables, cancellation policy, refund policy, and confidentiality — will be detailed in a separate coaching agreement that you sign before the engagement begins. Those agreement terms control over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
5. Payment and refunds
For paid services:
- Fees are stated at the time of purchase and are due as agreed in the coaching agreement.
- For coaching programs, refund policies are specific to each engagement and stated in the coaching agreement.
- Pocket Coach for her, Pocket Coach for him and Pocket Coach for both of you are paid once ($149 each, or $249 for both) for one year of access, and do not renew automatically. If the Pocket Coach isn’t right for you, email us from the email you paid with within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The full terms for the Pocket Coach are at Pocket Coach Terms & Privacy.
- The Ask box. The Pocket Coach’s Ask box gives general wellness information from Dr. Lejla’s cards, not medical advice. It can’t recognize every emergency, and no one monitors what you type. If you are thinking about ending your life or hurting yourself, call or text 988 (US), or call 911 in an emergency.
- Any disputes regarding fees should be raised in writing within 30 days of the relevant invoice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including the free guide What to Avoid Before IVF, and What You Can Keep, the Pocket Coach, written content, frameworks, the “fertility hierarchy” structure, coaching materials, and any client resources — is the intellectual property of Cycle Decoded and Dr. Lejla Fazlicic, D.Ac, L.Ac. You may use this content for your personal benefit. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish content for commercial use.
- Resell or redistribute paid coaching materials.
- Use the framework or content to train AI models.
- Use Dr. Lejla Fazlicic’s name, likeness, or branding without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Information you share during the audit and coaching engagements is held in confidence and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Specific confidentiality terms are detailed in the coaching agreement. Conversely, you agree not to publicly share or distribute confidential coaching materials, frameworks, or methods without written permission.
8. No testimonials or case sharing
Cycle Decoded does not publish client testimonials, reviews or success stories. What you share with us about your fertility, your treatment or your experience stays private and is never used in marketing.
9. Conduct
You agree to use the Site and services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten Dr. Lejla Fazlicic, D.Ac, L.Ac, staff, or other clients.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation.
- Use the services in ways that violate applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate engagements where these standards are violated.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cycle Decoded, Dr. Lejla Fazlicic, D.Ac, L.Ac, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to fertility outcomes, IVF cycle outcomes, or pregnancy outcomes. Your use of the Site and services is undertaken at your own risk and discretion.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our maximum liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cycle Decoded, Dr. Lejla Fazlicic, D.Ac, L.Ac, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by direct email to clients. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cycle Decoded operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation, except where prohibited by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
