Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This Privacy Policy describes what personal information Cycle Decoded (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects when you visit cycledecoded.com or engage with our services, how we use it, and what choices you have. We treat the information you share with the care our work requires — fertility prep is intimate, and we don’t take that lightly.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Email address — when you sign up for The Pre-IVF Permission Slip or any other email list, we collect the email you provide.
  • Booking and intake information — when you book a Pre-IVF Couple Audit, you may provide your name, your partner’s name (if applicable), email, scheduling details, and any context you choose to share about your fertility timeline or history. This information is collected through Calendly and held in our coaching records.
  • Coaching engagement information — if you become a coaching client, we collect health, lifestyle, and biological information necessary to deliver the coaching engagement, as detailed in your coaching agreement.
  • Communications — emails, messages, or other communications you send to us.

Information collected automatically

  • Site analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit) and Google Search Console to understand how visitors find and use the site. This includes IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, and referral source. Analytics data is anonymized where possible.
  • Cookies — see our Cookie Notice for details.

How we use information

  • To deliver the resources and services you request (Permission Slip, audit, coaching).
  • To respond to your communications.
  • To send you email updates if you’ve subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To improve the site and content based on aggregated analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • We do not share your fertility-related information with anyone outside the coaching engagement, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
  • We do not use your information for retargeting advertising on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook Pixel) unless explicitly disclosed.

Service providers we use

We use carefully selected service providers to operate this business. These providers process limited information on our behalf:

  • Hostinger — website hosting
  • WordPress.org — content management system
  • MailerLite — email list management and delivery
  • Google (Site Kit, Analytics, Search Console) — site analytics and search performance
  • Calendly — appointment scheduling
  • Zoom or equivalent — video calls for audits and coaching sessions

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal information.
  • Portability — request a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Objection — object to certain types of processing.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@cycledecoded.com. We will respond within 30 days.

EU/UK and California residents

If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. Contact us to exercise those rights.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the service you’ve requested or as required by law. Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, which removes your email from our active list. Coaching client records are retained for the duration required by professional and legal standards.

Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting, and access controls on stored data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.
